Glendo Fire Department, Glendo WY

This Rescue-Pumper is built on an International Work Star 4x4 4-door chassis powered by a Maxxforce 9 diesel engine and Allison transmission.  The body is an aluminum Rescue body style structure equipped with Gortite aluminum roll up doors.  The front compartment is a complete transverse compartment with dual direction tray and adjustable shelf.  The pump is a rear mounted Hale RSD 1250 GPM PTO pump which allows the pump the capability of pumping while stationary or in pump and roll mode.  The pump is equipped with a FoamPro 2001 foam system supplying foam to specific discharges on the unit.  The truck is equipped with multiple discharges including an Akron Fire Fox monitor on the front bumper extension and a Hannay booster hose reel under the crew cab at the passenger side.  The water tank is a UPF tank with a 750 gallon capacity with an integral 20 gallon foam cell.  A FoamPro PowerFill system is installed for filling the foam cell from ground level.  The pump is controlled from the driver side rear compartment with most discharges and all inlets located at the rear of the apparatus.  The truck is equipped with a PowerAll underhood generator system which powered multiple 120-volt receptacles and a Command Light, light tower located at the top of the body.  The warning light package is an all Whelen Super LED package with Whelen siren and speaker.
