Brush Truck

This brush truck was built on a customer supplied Ford F350 truck with a pre-installed Reading utility body.  The rear bed and compartment tops were coated with bedliner material for a durable long lasting finish.  The rear slide-in skid unit consists of a 200-gallon Integra Plastic Products water tank with an 8-gallon foam cell.  The pump is a CET PFP-20HND-MR portable pump with a FoamPro 1600 foam system.  The pump and foam system supplies one (1) Hannay aluminum booster hose reel at the top of the tank equipped with 200 of red rubber booster hose, one (1) 1 rear discharge and two (2) rear 1 discharges.  The tank to pump and tank fill lines are isolated from the foam system to minimize water tank contamination from the foam system.  Under the skid unit there is a base that consists of two (2) individual 6 deep trays that run full depth of the truck bed for the storage of long handled tools and equipment.  The warning light package consists of a Whelen Justice LED lightbar, Whelen M2 and M4 LED perimeter lights and a Whelen siren and speaker combo.  The scene lights are two (2) Whelen Pioneer top raise telescoping LED scene lights.  A wraparound brush guard and side step tubes were also installed on the apparatus.
